Dear Avenue City Parents, Students and Community,
The Coronavirus situation continues to expand. The United States now has the highest number of confirmed cases.
Because the virus is just now beginning to creep into our communities of NW Missouri, we are extending our school closure until April 27, 2020. We will set the tentative return date for that day. As the situation expands, additional announcements will be made via our website and PTO Facebook page. If you have not included those two areas into your contact lists, please do so.
A more detailed explanation of the tentative return date will be included on the Facebook and school website pages. I encourage you to view it. Feel free to criticize the messenger.
