Missouri Association of School Administrators Recognize Representatives of Avenue City School
Don Lawrence and Rodney Davison, Honored by School Administrators Association
Don Lawrence was recently honored by the Missouri Association of School Administrators (MASA) for service to public education. Lawrence was one of eight former educators to receive the association’s Outstanding Emeritus Educator Award. MASA presents the award annually to recognize individuals for their length of administrative service, their participation in MASA while an active member, significant accomplishments as a school administrator and for their continued interest in public education since retiring.
Lawrence was nominated for the award by colleagues in the Northwest MASA Region.
Rodney Davison was recently honored by the Missouri Association of School Administrators (MASA) for service to public education. Davison was one of eight individuals to receive the association’s Friend of Education Award. This award is presented annually to recognize non-educators, one from each of the eight MASA Regions, for their contribution to education locally or statewide. Davison was nominated for the award by colleagues in the Northwest MASA Region.
These special recognitions were made during the Annual Awards Banquet at the MASA Spring Conference on March 20th at Margaritaville Resort, Lake
Ozark, Missouri.
