Our 5th graders are officially starting the Andrew County Junior Deputy Program! This program gives students a chance to build positive relationships with local law enforcement while learning about safety, responsibility, and making good choices. Making these connections early helps students see officers as trusted community partners and reinforces the importance of working together to keep our schools and community safe.

❄️😂 Snow Day Magic at ACES! 😂❄️ We may or may not have pulled out all the snow day rituals… and we’re pretty sure they will work. 👀 Our students had a blast retelling The Mitten (spoiler: it was cozy and chaotic), ice skating like pros, rocking out to Boom, Clap, Shape!, bouncing their hearts out in the bounce house, and fully committing to snow-day superstition fun. ✔️ White crayons on the windowsills ✔️ Ice cubes flushed (don’t tell the plumbers 🙈) ✔️ Homework assignment: wear your PJs backwards and inside out Science? Maybe not. Fun? ABSOLUTELY. ❄️🧤 Snow or no snow, learning at ACES is always a blast!
